Hoch, J.:

This was an application for review of an order of a school reorganization committee. The district court made an order vacating the order of the committee on the ground that it was unlawful and unreasonable. The school reorganization committee appealed to this court. The appellees have filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the statute does not provide for it.

The entire proceeding is based upon G. S. 1945 Supp. 72-5601 et' seq., being chapter 291 of the Laws of 1945. The act provides generally for a reorganization of the…
