Plaintiff, Sheila Hartnett, appeals from an adverse judgment rendered in an action against defendants for medical negligence. We affirm.

In 1974, plaintiffs decedent, John J. Hartnett, underwent vascular bypass surgery. The surgery was performed by Drs. McSweeney and Leadbetter at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. The hospital and the two surgeons are the defendants in this action. Sometime either during or following surgery, Mr. Hartnett’s esophagus was perforated.
