FACTS
On November 2, 1979 Paula Eubanks Green, (the “Debtor”), obtained a Health Education Assistance Loan, (“HEAL” loan), pursuant to the Health Professions Educational Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 294f et seq. (the “Act”), in the amount of $6,362.00 plus interest from the Chase Manhattan Bank (the “Bank”). The Debt- or used the loan to finance her attempted dental school education at Loyola University School of Dentistry.
