Petitioner William Furtick seeks review of a decision of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (“DOES”), Compensation Review Board (“CRB”) which affirmed an Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ”) compensation order under the District of Columbia Workers’ Compensation Act (“the- Act” or “WCA”).
