BUFORD, J.:

In an unlawful detainer suit in the Circuit Court the court directed a verdict in favor of the plaintiff.

The uncontradicted evidence showed default in the payment of rent as provided in written sub-lease.

The case arose in this wise: “In 1941 the Lessee was acting as a distributor of the products of the appellee and then held a lease on the real estate involved in this suit upon which he operated a filling station.
