delivered the opinion of the court:
Defendant was charged with the theft of five snowmobiles under section 16—1(d)(1) of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 38, par. 16—1(d)(1)), and thereunder was found guilty by a jury.
This case returns to us from the supreme court which, in 61 Ill. 2d 580 (1975), reversed the holding of this court which had found the indictment fatally defective. (People v. Dickerson, 21 Ill.
