Plaintiff Paramount Pictures Corporation (“Paramount”) brought this copyright infringement action against defendants Carol Pubhshing Group (“Carol Pubhshing”) and Sam Ramer on November 14, 1997. On February 10, 1998, Paramount moved for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65.
