The defendant, Henry Larue Rollins, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance, lysergic acid diethylamide, a violation of section 402(b) of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. SGVa, par. 1402(b)). Defendant was sentenced to 30 months’ probation and as an incident of that probation, defendant was ordered to serve six months’ periodic imprisonment. Subsequently, defendant’s probation was revoked and he was again sentenced to 30 months’ probation, and as an incident of that probation, he was ordered to serve six month's in the county…
