William T. Monroe brought an action of debt in the circuit court of Cook county against Clare A. Orr and the widow, administrator and heirs-at-law of Charles Becker, deceased, to recover from them the amount due on an attachment bond executed by Charles Becker. The plaintiffs in error, Gustave A. Becker and Bertha B. Orr, were two of the four heirs-at-law.
