The decisive issue in this case is whether the terms of a cruise contract were fundamentally unfair and specifically, its forum selection clause. Barbara Tateosian (Barbara) and Glenn Tateosian (Glenn) (collectively, plaintiffs) have appealed a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Celebrity Cruise Services, Ltd.
