The borough condemned the lands of Eleanor B. Robinson under the provisions of the Home Rule act. Pamph. L. 1917, §§ 22, 23, and Pamph. L. 1921, p. *206512. An appeal was taken from the award to the Bergen County Circuit Court, and from the judgment an appeal was taken by both parties to this court, as to' one only of the parcels of three tracts of land involved.
