This matter was originally opened before the Court upon the motion of defen dant, Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company and the cross-motion of plaintiff Stephen P. Lasser, both seeking summary judgment. This Court issued an Opinion and Order dated November 8, 2000, denying both the motion and cross-motion. Since that time, the parties have been unable to agree as to how this matter should proceed and claim that the Court’s earlier decision fails to provide clear guidance on the scope of evidence that may be considered at trial or what discovery should…
