This appeal, taken from a summary judgment entered by the Lauderdale Circuit Court, concerns the relative rights of certain landowners who own properties in a residential subdivision that lies next to Wilson Lake, a man-made reservoir in northwest Alabama fed by the waters of the Tennessee River.
