This is an action brought in Montpelier Municipal Court to recover on an insurance policy covering the plaintiff’s automobile. The case was heard on an agreed statement of facts which the court found to be the facts and thereon rendered judgment for the defendant. The plaintiff comes to this Court on an exception to such judgment.
