This suit was brought by Goodbar & Company, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Tennessee, against the appellees, Nathan Bloom and his wife, Theresa, to recover an alleged debt of $1,006.73 claimed by appellant to be due it from appellees, and to reform a certain instrument, in the form of a deed but averred hy appellant to be a mortgage made by appellees to secure such indebtedness, by including therein two other lots, which appellant claims were agreed by the parties to be included but were omitted from said instrument either by mistake or fraud of the…
