MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NORDBERG, District Judge.

This case involves the potential business “divorce” of the long standing marriage of Illinois Bell Telephone (“IBT”) and the Reuben H. Donnelley Corporation (“RHD”). For over 60 years these companies have jointly produced telephone directories in Illinois.
