Defendant, Michael R. McCormick, appeals the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of two counts of first degree murder and one count of second degree kidnapping. Defendant’s principal contentions now before us are that the trial court erred in ruling that the prosecution would be allowed to impeach his testimony at trial with statements he had made pursuant to a plea agreement because the statements were involuntary, and in entering judgment on two counts of murder for a single killing.
