Defendant, James C. Maass, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of first degree murder after deliberation, first degree felony murder during a kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first degree murder after deliberation, conspiracy to commit first degree felony murder, and second, degree kidnapping. We affirm the convictions for first degree murder after deliberation, conspiracy to commit first degree murder after deliberation, and second degree kidnapping.
