DEVINE, Senior District Judge.

The plaintiffs, William R. Baldwin and Joan S. Baldwin, have individually brought this civil action for damages against the defendant-accountants, Kulch Associates, Inc., and Charles Kulch, alleging various theories of recovery arising out of the plaintiffs’ purchase of stock in a company named National Wood Products, Inc.
