THIS is a Chapter 7 liquidation case, and the matter under consideration is a Complaint filed by the Trustee, Lawrence S. Kleinfeld (Trustee), naming James Albert Donovan (A1 Donovan), his ex-wife, Helen Donovan (Helen Donovan), Barnett Bank of Citrus County, N.A. (Barnett), and First Florida Bank, N.A.
