Enwotwen Industries, Inc. (“Enwotwen”) filed this adversary proceeding against Brookstone Limited Partnership (“Brook-stone”), Brookstone Properties, Inc. and Indiana National Bank to recover certain real property known as the Brookstone Apartments (“the Property”). Enwotwen transferred the Property to Brookstone within forty-five days of the filing of En-wotwen’s voluntary Chapter 11 petition.
