This is an original action for a writ of prohibition. Four attorneys represent defendant Peter MacDonald Sr. in criminal charges pending in the Window Rock District Court of the Navajo Nation. They are Val R. Jolley and Randall Roberts (of the law firm of Roberts & Jolley), F.D. Moeller, and William J. Cooley (“petitioners").
