*500Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ruth Pickholz, J.), rendered February 27, 2009, convicting defendant, after a nonjuiy trial, of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to a term of 20 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
