After the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (commission) suspended for eight days the plaintiffs license to sell alcoholic beverages, the plaintiff sought judicial review of the commission’s decision under G. L. c. 30A, § 14. Both parties moved for judgment on the pleadings 1 and the commission’s motion was allowed. Judgment was entered in the Superior Court dismissing the complaint. A stay of the suspension was granted by a single justice of this court.
