The judgment of the Appellate Division and of the Trial Term is affirmed. We desire to add our views upon the question of the Statute of Limitations.

This action is brought by the seller against the buyer to recover damages for breach of contract to purchase certain egg products. The contract was made between The Belgian Trading Company, the seller, and the defendant, Neuss, Hesslein & Co., Inc., a New York corporation, the buyer.
