Two lawsuits were filed in Fulton County Superior Court after a dispute arose over allegations that Michael Chrisley misappropriated funds related to a development project, and that the company of which he was part owner failed to pay a construction company for work performed. The cases were consolidated and, later, voluntarily dismissed by all parties. Remaining on appeal is the trial court’s imposition of sanctions and award of attorney fees against William L.
