OPINION

SWINFORD, District Judge.

This is a civil action for treble damages brought under the antitrust laws. After an extended trial, the jury returned a verdict for the defendants and judgment was entered thereon.

The plaintiffs have moved to set aside the verdict and judgment and for a new trial on the grounds that the verdict is contrary to the law and contrary to the evidence and that the court erred in the *595admission and exclusion of evidence.
