Markan v. Sawchyn

Before the court is an appeal from the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, wherein judgment was rendered against defendant-appellant, Ivan Sawchyn, for $4,750 plus interest and costs.

On July 9, 1981, in a separate case and judgment entry between the same two parties, plaintiff-appellee (lessee) agreed to vacate the specified premises upon payment of $4,000, plus the $750 security deposit, by the defendant-appellant (lessor).
