This cause, which was commenced in the Chancery Court of St. Francis County, Arkansas, and removed to this court, by the defendant United States of America, has been submitted to the Court upon the pleadings and exhibits thereto, an-agreed statement of facts with exhibits attached, certain testimony taken ore' tenus, and written briefs.
