The Dixmoor Golf Club, Inc., brought suit to compel the defendants, Charles C. Upham and seven others, his associates, to account for secret profits made by them as organizers of the club while they were also its directors and in the management and absolute control of it, and for other relief. All the defendants filed a joint and several answer and a cross-bill. Three of them filed separate cross-bills.
