Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Alessandro, J), rendered June 10, 2004, convicting him of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s contention that he was coerced into pleading guilty is unpreserved for appellate review (see People v Clarke, 93 NY2d 904, 906 [1999]; People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636, 637 [1983]; People v Coles, 240 AD2d 419 [1997]).
