On June 4, 2018, Plaintiff Michael Grecco Productions, Inc. ("Plaintiff" or "Grecco Productions") commenced this action for copyright infringement and violations of Section 1202(a) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") with respect to 27 copyrighted photographic images ("the Copyrighted Works").
