Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Monserrate, J.), entered October 28, 2002 in Broome County, which granted petitioners’ application pursuant to CPLR 7503 to stay arbitration between the parties.
Petitioners and respondent Vestal Teachers Association (hereinafter the Union) are parties to a collective bargaining agreement (hereinafter the agreement) covering the period of July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2004.
