Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Relihan, Jr., J.), entered June 23, 2005 in Tompkins County, which granted petitioner’s application pursuant to CPLR 7503 to stay arbitration between the parties.
Petitioner and respondent, which represents two bargaining units of the Ithaca Fire Department, are parties to two collective bargaining agreements in effect between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2005.
