E.S. Wilson is the assignee of three separate claims against Weber County, one each from the estates of Maule, Scowcroft and Stevens. The claims are for the refund of excessive inventory filing fees paid to the clerk of the county under and pursuant to section 28-2-2, R.S.U. 1933. Each estate paid a sum of money, based upon the estate valuation, and in excess of $10, the minimum fee required. We held in the case of Smith v.
