Briefly, the position of Walter H. Davidson is that the lower courts committed error in adding the income of the estate, accruing after the death of William R. Davidson, to the corpus and allowing the debts, costs of administration, etc., to be paid out of the whole; that as a beneficiary under the trust he is entitled to income from the date of testator’s death; that the widow can receive no more than one- half the estate and that her year’s allowance and the allowance made under Section 10509-54, General Code, must be included in such half; that the income from the entire trust estate…
