This is a county election contest instituted under tlie T.aws of 1905, act 39, ch. 11. Tlie petitioner was returned as having received at the last election 346 votes for the office of supervisor of the county of Maui for the district of Wailulm, while his only opponent, the respondent, was returned as having received 351 votes, a majority of 5.
