Certiorari seeking to quash the opinion of the Kansas City Court of Appeals in the case of David A. Chernus, doing business as the Chernus Construction Company against L.J. Kennedy and J.B. Coats, doing business as the Kennedy-Coats Construction Company and the Union Indemnity Company, a Corporation, reported in 55 S.W.2d at page 744.
