COLEMAN, Judge.

Anthony Ernest White appeals his convictions on two counts of malicious wounding, two counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a malicious wounding, one count of grand larceny, and one count of possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony. White contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion for a transcript at state expense of his first trial, which ended in a mistrial; by admitting into evidence a 9mm handgun and expert testimony regarding the gun; and by failing to strike the evidence as to the grand larceny charge.
