Joe Ogburn prosecutes this, appeal to reverse a judgment of conviction against Mm for violating § 7437 of Crawford & Moses’ Digest. Tliat part of the statute winch is material in this case makes it unlawful for any person to have in his possession an automobile, the motor and serial number of which has been mutilated to the extent that same can not be read.
