MEMORANDUM OPINION
A. BENJAMIN GOLDGAR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This chapter 13 case is before the court for ruling on confirmation of the plan proposed by debtors David and Joni Saffrin. Standing chapter 13 trustee Glenn Stearns objects to confirmation. He argues that the Saffrins are not devoting all of their projected disposable income to the plan because their calculation of disposable income deducts payments for their daughter’s college expenses.
