This matter came before the Court upon the Plaintiff’s Motion to Set Aside Settlement and the Defendants’ Motion to Enforce Settlement, which were heard on August 1,2008. For the reasons stated below, the Court holds that the Plaintiffs motion is denied and the Defendants’ motion is granted.

Facts

The facts of this case are undisputed. On February 11, 2006, the Plaintiff was involved in an automobile accident. On or about February 16, 2006, the Plaintiff retained Stephen T. Conrad to represent her in this case.
