GLASSMAN, Justice.
The plaintiff, Wallace Carter, appeals from an order of the Superior Court, Hancock County, affirming the judgment of the District Court, Division of Central Hancock, as to the disposition of certain real estate referred to as the “Ponderosa.” The plaintiff acquired the land before his marriage to the defendant, Eleanor Mary Garter, and conveyed it after the marriage by joint-tenancy warranty deed to himself and his wife.
