Plaintiff Guy A. Hunt initiated this lawsuit to obtain judicial review of the System Board of Adjustment’s decision upholding the termination of his employment. The district court 1 granted defendant Northwest Airlines, Inc.’s (NWA) motion for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint with prejudice.
