This case arises out of claims by Lis Hansen (“Hansen” or the “plaintiff’) that the Danish Tourist Board (“Tourist Board” or the “defendant”) discriminated against her on the basis of her age and gender in regard to the terms, conditions, and privileges of her employment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et. seq.
