DECISION

IN MANDAMUS ON OBJECTIONS TO MAGISTRATE'S DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Robert Wagner, commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus that orders respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio to vacate that portion of its order denying temporary total disability compensation for the period January 15 through April 28, 2003, and to enter an amended order granting temporary total disability compensation for that period.
