COOK, Senior Judge:

The accused was tried by general court-martial, military judge alone, for committing indecent, lewd, and lascivious acts on “J.S.,” his adopted daughter and a female under the age of 16, with the intent to gratify his sexual desires; and for committing sodomy with “J.S.” [hereinafter referred to as the victim], in violation of Articles 134 and 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 925, respectively.
