COX, Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by general court-martial with members of premeditated murder, felony murder, rape, forcible sodomy, assault with a means likely to produce grievous bodily harm, and unlawful entry, in violation of Articles 118, 120, 125, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C §§ 918, 920, 925, 928, and 934, respectively.
