Alva Sanders, of Ashland, Kentucky, entered into a contract with the Standard Wheel Company of Terre Haute, Indiana, by the terms of which, he agreed to sell and deliver to the company, for the sum of $1,574.74, a carload of club-turned spokes, delivery to be made at the company’s place of business in Terre Haute, Indiana, and subject to its inspection and acceptance.
