MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JAMES HARVEY, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for a change of venue from the Northern Division to the Southern Division of the Eastern District of Michigan. 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), (b).
